The conference registration fee includes a plated lunch each day of the conference, as well as an opening night reception, providing attendees an opportunity to meet and get to know each other. Student registration rates are $300, and faculty registration rates are $375. The registration rates are $100 higher if you do not stay in the conference hotel. This does additional charge does not apply for people who are from the immediate area (within 50 miles of the hotel). Late registration costs an additional $25. In order to insure that there are very few ‘no-shows’ we require that all presenters pre-register for the conference. This must be done before their session is scheduled in the program grid.
A list of accepted proposals will be posted to the website (see the link to the left for the detailed program). Registrations are accepted up until two weeks before the conference.
We take scheduling requests due to religious observation, unusual family
responsibilities, and unusual work responsibilities.

This conference is a presenter’s conference, and we encourage everyone to attend all the sessions to maximize the networking opportunities as well as the cross-pollination of ideas. We have found that people who show up simply to present their own paper and then leave often do not benefit as much as those who participate fully. There are ample networking opportunities throughout the meeting.
